Why do you want to be a tutor?
- Because I want to introduce my students to the world of knowledge.
Why should a student pick you?
- Because of my extensive experience in Education. I taught Conversational English in Seoul, Korea to both adults and children for two years. I have tutored special needs students from Kindergarten through twelve grade as a substistute teacher's aide for the San Francisco Unified School District since May 1999. I was also a substitute teacher for the SFUSD for over five years from November 2002 through June 2008 and have tutored elementary school students in Reading, Language Arts, and Mathematics since
April 2008.
Personal Statement:
- My extensive experience in substitute teaching and tutoring will result in an increase in your child's academic skills.
Also, as I have extensive tutoring special needs students, I am very adapt at incremental learning. I am very kind and polite to my students while teaching them basic academic concepts and stimulating their interest in learning.
